Horror in the streets of Azeroth

According to BBC News, a plague has struck within the worldwide online game World of Warcraft.
An uncontrolled disease is slowly killing off the populace, with no cure in sight. Given the medieval setting of WoW, physicians are attempting to stem the tide of death with leeches and hot irons, but to no avail.

As a pet owner myself, I cannot believe that there are fellow pet owners in this virtual world which would infect poor little moggies with "corrupted blood" and then "unleash them into the orc capital". I may write a strong letter regarding this signing it "Yours Distgustedly" or something and inform the RSPCA who in turn will hopefully create their own characters within the game with the sole purpose of rescuing these poor defenceless animals.
