There's been some configuration change to the Hostgator server Boinng is running on which has broken one or two things at present - I've put in a support request to get things put right, but if anything odd happens (or fails to happen) bear with me...

all fixed.. although this is the second time in, er, two support problems where i've told them there's a problem with something called PHPsuexec on the server, they've emailed back to say it's DEFINITELY not PHPsuexec and have I tried blah blah, I've emailed them straight back to say are they really sure it's not PHPsuexec and have they checked it, and tho and behold - turns out it's the PHPsuexec and they fix it. It's a bit irritating to get the same waste of time twice...

Glad It's Sorted
It's the typical support thing of hating to be told what's wrong by anyone other than themselves. Still at least in the end the issues were resolved!
