bitter-sweet? I know you can get bitter chocolate, it's the really dark stuff

they are bitter-sweet, tho not as bitter as dark.. mostly come in chips for cookies as best i can tell.. eating them by the handfulls is a huge bonus to cookie making..

They're kind of white carrots which taste nutty sweet. you generally roast them, they're yummy!

hm... i don't think i've ever tasted those...

parsnips are bigger and smellier than carrots and get this cool chewy texture when you roast them. They go softer than carrots when you boil them, and the core is more distinct. They taste digusting raw.

People get paid minimum wage to cut them to the right length (6") to be packaged in bags and sold at ASDA.
