Forum post text entry form bit
I'm not really looking for this to be fixed, cos it's probably some crazy unfixable mad thing, but here goes (try to follow me on this one)...
If I'm typing in this bit I'm typing in right now, and I write a single word that's longer than the box after a space, navigating through the text with the cursor keys ignores the space (but clicking with the mouse doesn't).
If that's too incoherent to understand, I'll give an example:
In my last post I inserted a BBCode URL tag after \"the \", which in this put it on a new line ie:
>blah blah the (\\n)
>(start of long url taggy bit)
>(wrapped end of url tag)
When clicking, you can put the cursor after the space ie(where | is the cursor position):
>blah blah the |(\\n)
>(start of long url taggy bit)
>(wrapped end of url tag)
However, if you put the cursor before the space (either with keyboard or mouse) then press the right cursor key, it jumps to the start of the next line ie:
BEFORE:
>blah blah the| (\\n)
>(start of long url taggy bit)
>(wrapped end of url tag)
AFTER:
>blah blah the (\\n)
>|(start of long url taggy bit)
>(wrapped end of url tag)
EDIT: I've just tried this now and it seems to be working properly, not like I described above. I'm certain it did behave like I described earlier tho. If so, any ideas as to why? Like I said, it doesn't really need fixing as it's a pretty obscure bug.

Re:Forum post text entry form bit
*sounds* like a browser issue rather than a boinng issue, have you tried it in other text entry boxes?
Re:Forum post text entry form bit
Nope, and like I said I tried it again while writing the previous post and couldn't get it to reaccur :/
Mystery. Maybe I have defective gremlins inside my rotary dehamsterizer. Or something.
