Firefox extensions and/or themes

What nifty extensions and themes do everyone use?
I've downloaded several themes, but most of them have at least one tiny thing that annoys me, or that just looks too different from what I'm used to with the default theme.
Regarding extensions, everyone seems to love AdBlock, but I've never found a need for it (my HOSTS file gets rid of nearly all ads).
I've also installed Firetune, but I'm not sure it's made all that much difference (apart from the nifty non-existant-domain-error-popup removal).
So, what extensions and themes will make my life complete!?

i use the Red Cats theme, i love it
a little getting used to, but you'll come to love it eventually

I use Qute as my theme.

Please tell me you all use Mouse Gestures, and just forgot to list it? It's great, it lets you go back and forward through pages with a flick of the mouse, and all manner of other fun things (anything you want it to do, really).
Aside from that there's Chatzilla for irc (not that i really use it).. and i use a thing called ColorZilla for nicking colour values for my own designs and such..

Incidentally, how the hell does Firefox know how many emails I have in my Hotmail inbox? I really can't remember setting anything like that up...

a html validator for view sourse
view cookies
foxytunes, lets me control winamp from FF
editCSS
and a webdev toolbar
i wouldn't use mouse gestures ass my mouse has forward and back buttons on it, can't imagine not having it now
