Big Brother 9

Is this the best series since, say, BB5?
It's a funny thing, for the last couple of years the whole franchise has been on the slide, and BB9 was rightfully written off by most before it started - I certainly didn't have any high hopes for it after last year's borefest. But actually, I'm hooked more than I have been in years, and going by the ratings I'm not the only one either.
I know it's a guilty secret for most, but does anyone else want to put their hand up to enjoying it more this year?

I make no secret of the fact
I make no secret of the fact that i LOVE big brother. Always have and always will. I just wish they would put the main show on at 9pm instead of 10pm. Or at least not have cancelled the repeat at 6pm the following day on E4 (in favour of the monstrosity that is BBLB now) as, and I'm aware how old this makes me sound, it's just too late. I get up at 5.55am, I don't want to be awake at 11pm.
I'm not sure that this year is any better than any other year, all i know is that i love it.

I think the fact that anyone
I think the fact that anyone is still watching the horror of BBLB with George and "Zezi" is actually testament to how good the actual house is! The coverage this year is probably worse than it's ever been, with terrible presenting on BBLB and Big Mouth, and the main show getting shunted to a late slot for half the week, but still we watch...

I said I wouldn't watch this year and I haven't.
I only watched last year because I had to still see Dermot and I was sucked in. I'm glad I was, it was a good year.
But, now there's no Russell AND no Dermot, I have no need of this dying experiment..

I've got my wish, the main show is often on at 9pm now, only now I can't stand any of the housemates and generally can't be bothered. I'm with Jayne - X Factor is much more exciting (until a months time when I get bored of that too).
