my sis was giving away lots of cds and i snagged all 5 Muse albums. their older stuff reminds me of radiohead from the kid-a days. you should check them out, if you havent already.

Pepper - these guys have a great tropical-rock-y sound. No Shame is the newest album.
Marilyn Manson - O.M.G.!!! it makes me sick that i like this album so much! i have always done my best to avoid MM like a plague, but after recent releases Heart Shaped Glasses and Putting Holes in Happiness, i had to have a listen to the whole album. and it rocks. (Eat Me, Drink Me)
Kings of Leon - the singer's voice reminds me a bit of a very rough (ha!) eddie vedder (Pearl Jam) (as if eddie's voice isn't rough enough!!) i really like this album too. (Because of the Times)
Silversun Pickups - another great pick. Lazy Eye is what got me hooked, it's the rest that keeps me coming back. check out Carnavas if you get a chance.
Sick Puppies - these guys just rock, all the way around. i love on the older album (Welcome to the Real World) that he doesnt loose his austrilian accent when he sings. but the songs on Dressed Up as Life seem more... finished or something. love every song. there is also a version of 'All the Same' (song) with an extra verse that didnt make it onto american airwaves.
